Scorpio Full Moon: Manifest Some Cash!

We’re entering a portal of manifestation at the upcoming Scorpio Full Moon (Wed. May 10, 2:42 p.m. PDT).   Never was there a more important time to conjure the life you truly want, and the means by which to create it. In this sneak preview from my forthcoming book, Moon Power: Lunar Rituals for Connecting with Your Inner Goddess, I offer you a powerful ritual for the Taurus-Scorpio Manifestation Full Moon. Scorpio represents deep, compelling desires; Taurus is the practical means to make them come true. So, let’s start by manifesting some cash!

Irish priestess Siobhan Wilcox says that plants and trees are part of fifth dimensional, or “oneness” consciousness. This state of being—connected, tuned in, optimally healthy—is what will ensure the survival of our species. In communing with the plant world, she says, we open our hearts to receive a transfusion of green energy and access oneness consciousness so that we can heal ourselves and create what we desire. I enhanced Siobhan’s ritual by adding cash, because that’s something we all need more of. Money can be part of oneness consciousness if you approach it with reverence. It’s meant to flow in and out of your life, bringing abundance and well-being to you and those around you.

First, decide how much cash you’d like to manifest, and what particular dream you’ll be putting it toward. Then give yourself an hour or so for this ritual, with no pressing engagements afterward.

You will need: A healthy green plant with substantial leaves (a jade plant is ideal), as much cash as you can get your hands on ($100 bills are ideal but not required), your journal and a pen.

Decide whether you’re going to do the ritual indoors or outdoors. It’s easiest to sit at a table and put the plant in front of you. Place your pile of cash, journal, and pen beside you.

Sit with your plant and breathe deeply to ground yourself. Imagine the Earth Mama’s energy coming up from the center of the Earth through the bottoms of your feet. As you breathe in, pull it all the way up to the crown of your head. As you breathe out, send it back down through your feet into the earth. Do this at least three times, until you feel calm and centered.

Place your right hand on your heart and gently hold a leaf of the plant with your left hand. Feel a sense of gratitude in your heart. Tell the plant how much you appreciate it, how wise and beautiful it is. If you feel silly or uncomfortable, just breathe through it. Your plant is a living being that loves appreciation, just like you do. Although it vibrates at a different level of consciousness, it can sense what you need and it wants to help. Silently ask the plant to send you some of its green fire. Soon you’ll start to feel a slight buzzing or throbbing sensation in your fingers, as the plant responds. Open yourself to fully receive its energies. Ask whether there is anything you need to know for greater prosperity and well-being. The message may come as an image, an impulse, a word or phrase, or just a feeling.

Once you’re brimming with green fire, thank the plant and bring your hands to your lap. Breathe quietly and stay attuned to your heart. Then take your cash and place it around the plant. Infuse the green energy from your hands by slowly moving your hands back and forth over the cash. Imagine it vibrating with aliveness and green fire. Tell the money how much you love it and how beautiful it is, just as you did the plant. If anger or fear comes up, breathe through it. Once you and the cash are on friendly terms, ask it to go forth and multiply for you. Ask that the particular sum you need be manifested quickly and easily, and visualize your dream come true. When complete, give thanks to the money.

Now note in your journal any ah-ha moments or must-do ideas that came to you, especially positive thoughts about money that could become your new mantra (e.g., “Money comes easily to me and I spend it wisely” or “I am one with money and it treats me well!”). Then put the supercharged cash in your wallet. If you have large bills, break them sometime in the next few days. Refrain from spending the cash all at once, though; patient Taurus prefers that you find just the right ways to manifest what you desire.
